Responsibilities
Assist in credit control administration e.g. evaluate creditworthiness of new customer profiles and update into the system.
Handle and administer accounts receivable to avoid possible bad debts and ensure collection is up-to-date.
Monitor ageing reports and coordinate with the sales team to ensure payments are collected within credit terms.
Produce up-to-date report on collection effort rendered and including analysis and recommendations for the next course of action.
Determine and evaluate potential uncollectible, slow‑payer or difficult cases by providing updates to relevant parties.
Assist in handling the monthly management account closing.
Carry out other duties and ad‑hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in credit control or finance related.
Skills : negotiation, analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, listening & communication.
A detail‑oriented person and a team player.
