Description
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they complete necessary documentation and have a smooth transition into the organization.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, concerns, and policy clarifications.
- Assist in managing the performance appraisal process, including tracking employee goals and performance reviews.
- Provide support in identifying training needs and coordinating employee development programs.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, attendance, and performance records.
- Prepare HR reports, documents, and presentations as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate recording of attendance, leave, and other payroll-related data.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar position.Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software is a plus.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.#J-18808-Ljbffr
