Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support for tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, CAPI, API, and web development.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to implement and optimize tracking mechanisms.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless integration with web platforms.
  • Deliver exceptional customer support, maintaining high satisfaction levels.

What We're Looking For :

  • Proficiency in at least one technical area : Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, CAPI, API, or web development.
  • Experience in customer support, especially in technical roles.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns and tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
  • A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
