Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with software exposure, Computer Science with knowledge of electrical / electronic engineering, or equivalent experience. Advanced Object‑Oriented design experience. Proven Windows programming experience and knowledge of operating system. Proven Microsoft .NET and C# programming experience. Understanding of the product development lifecycle. Knowledge of contemporary software design methodologies and programming techniques. Knowledge of RF and microwave measurements and test equipment. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with diverse groups of customers and designers. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment including hardware, software and manufacturing. Demonstrated ability to work with multi‑site developers in a virtual team environment. Self‑motivated and have desire to make a difference. ISO17025 knowledge. Experience in T&M calibration, metrology or measurement uncertainty.
Keysight Calibration Engineering is responsible for developing calibration software and providing software support for worldwide customer service centers. We encourage innovation and leveraging new technology to differentiate from competitors.
We are seeking a motivated R&D software engineer to join our Engineering team to develop calibration software, refresh our legacy calibration software to meet standard body or customer’s requirements, and collaborate with worldwide service centers for better customer service experience.
The ideal candidate will possess deep test and measurement domain knowledge, strong software development skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop instrument calibration software for customer service centers around the world using Keysight product life cycle.
- Enhance calibration applications to meet new requirements.
- Help to design the model to be used in measurement procedures and instrument drivers that support the automated computation of measurement uncertainties.
- Develop required support document for calibration application.
- On‑going maintenance & support of calibration applications
