About the Opportunity

Key Account Manager – Malaysia

We are seeking a dynamic professional to build strong relationships, drive sales growth, and expand our market presence in Malaysia. The role combines managing distributors and key retailers, and is based remotely from Kuala Lumpur, starting January 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Drive overall revenue, market share, and profit for the Malaysian market.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key retailers and distributors.
Execute the sales strategy for Malaysia in alignment with regional objectives in Asia.
Partner with global and regional marketing teams to design and drive in‑market programs.
Negotiate pricing and supply agreements to achieve sales targets.
Lead annual business planning and regular performance reviews with retail partners.
Drive commercial projects across channel, customer, and retail programs.
Collaborate with the S&OP team to ensure order fulfilment to plan.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

About You

5 + years experience in key account management within the FMCG or CPG sector.

Strong understanding of Malaysia’s retail landscape and established customer network.

Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.

Results‑driven mindset with a proven record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Strong commercial acumen and data‑driven approach.

Entrepreneurial style, hands‑on and comfortable rolling up sleeves.

Agility to operate in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment within a cross‑functional, global team.

Business‑level proficiency in English, written and verbal.
