JOB VACANCY AS CLINIC ASSISTANT AT KLINIK DR BAZILAH DAMANSARA

Job Responsibility

Assist doctors in consultation & procedures, prepare items and prep patient before doing aesthetic treatments or minor surgery

Prepare prescribed medications, labeling, dispense and manage patient's payment

Register patients, maintain patients clinical data and arrange appointments

Maintain cleanliness of clinic and making sure daily clinic operations run smoothly

Account closing, update daily report and patient's census

Added advantage : If candidate is experienced in using Canva & Capcut or similar content editing software, has talent of producing content for social media, candidate will be responsible of taking care the social medias of the company

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma

Kind, soft- spoken, vibrant and cheerful personality, presentable and well-groomed, able to work in team, respectful

Female candidate only to maintain privacy of our female patients

Fresh graduates, Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply

Full time position, the clinic mainly focus on treating skin disorders and skin lesion, aesthetics concerns and minor surgery.

Required Language : English, Bahasa Malaysia

Work Location is at Emporis Kota Damansara

Working hours : 2 shifts (AM 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. or PM 10 a.m - 6 p.m) 6 days a week
