JUNIOR ASSOCIATE

BIOCON SDN BHD – Drug Substance Upstream – Malaysia

Key Responsibilities

• Execute process operations and monitor batch performance as per standard procedures in the plant.
• Practice and monitor compliance with the requirements of Good Manufacturing.
• Execute instructions relating to production operations.
• Follow the established procedures and policies of the company pertaining to EHS management system and compliance.
• Update BMRs and other production records in real time.
• Maintain and utilize raw materials as per production requirement.
• Report all deviations to higher levels.
• Ensure timely maintenance of production premises and equipment in coordination with the Engineering department.
• Follow timely and effective communication and report process and facility related issues to appropriate higher levels.
• Execute qualification and validation protocols as per plan.
• Participate in commissioning and qualification activities.
• Prepare and revise necessary documents as and when required.
• Responsible for process order and inventory management in SAP system.
• Data owner for process equipment used in day-to-day activity.

Educational Qualifications

Required Education Qualification : B.Sc

Required Experience : 1 - 5 years
