CCM Credit and Collection Team Lead

Overview

The role is responsible for overseeing the execution of credit and collection processes across a group of companies, ensuring strict compliance with group policies and procedures. The position manages and supports credit controllers, providing structured training and on-the-job coaching to drive capability development and service excellence. The job holder plays a key role in ensuring service timelines and quality standards are achieved in the delivery of CCM (Cash & Credit Management) Credit and Collection services, while also assisting the CCM Manager in all operational matters. Job Responsibilities

Supervise Credit and Collection team through ongoing mentoring and training. Assist in ensuring teams deliverables accuracy, reliability and timely accounting Maintain documentation on Credit and Collection procedures. Ensuring best practices are shared and implemented, creating efficiencies and standard process within the team. Ensuring team meets SLA and stabilization of team / process transition / migration High involvement in process harmonisation and improvements initiatives Create a positive work environment that fosters team performance Qualification

Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Business. Those pursuing a Professional Accounting qualification would be an asset. At least 5 years’ experience in Credit and Collection role, preferably in an international finance shared service company environment. Well-versed with SAP. Application Questions
