Job Description

  • Making coffee, tea and other beverage serving items to customers.
  • Handling the cashier, take order and online orders
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all time at workstation and of outlet.
  • Follow all relevant health department regulations
  • Maintains a friendly, pleasant and neat image to guests.
  • Provides courteous service to guest and respond promptly to guests inquiries, complaints or requests.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills (Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia)
  • Having knowledge on latte art and experience as a barista are added advantages
  • Able to work on shift, weekends and public holiday
  • Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment.
