Responsibilities :

  • Design, plan, and coordinate Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) / Heating, Ventilation, and

Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems for building services projects.

  • Review and interpret M&E specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
  • Prepare tender submissions, including costing, technical proposals, and documentation.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure installation is in accordance with

    • design and standards.

  • Manage procurement and evaluation of M&E equipment and subcontractor works.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations, codes, and safety standards.
  • Provide technical support during pre- and post-tender stages.
  • Collaborate with project teams to meet timelines, budgets, and quality targets.
