Job Description

The Kitchen Manager is responsible for all menu items as well as the smooth running of the kitchen including training, assigning and motivating kitchen staff. The Kitchen Manager will work with the Cafe Manager in making customer satisfaction the highest priority.

The Supervisor has a variety of responsibilities, including resolving any customer issues. Other tasks include receiving deliveries and making sure all orders are correct. He / she resolves any issues in a polite and professional manner, to always ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Description

The cashier makes the customer’s payment process fast and trouble-free. The cashier also makes sure there is adequate change on hand, and works with management to overcome any payment system issues. Comprehensive training will be provided.
