Are you someone with a background in Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology / Speech Science and passionate about supporting children with developmental needs?

At SPARK Child Development Centre (SCDC), we believe in the power of teamwork and empathy to create meaningful change. We focus on strong therapist-parent partnerships and use a Transdisciplinary approach to help children thrive.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

Paediatric Therapist who are :

  • Quick to learn and eager to grow
  • Compassionate, creative, and emotionally resilient
  • Team players with good communication skills
  • Inspired to collaborate with paediatric multidisciplinary teams to help children reach their highest potential

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

  • Conduct individual or small group therapy sessions for children with special needs (e.g., Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disability, Learning Difficulties)
  • Conduct relevant assessment according to the child's needs
  • Prepare therapy plans and track children's progress
  • Create engaging home activities for parents to implement
  • Collaborate with experienced therapists to implement individualized goals for each child
  • Participate in weekly case discussions and continuous professional development

    • WHAT YOU'LL GAIN :

  • Hands-on experience in a multidisciplinary paediatric rehab setting
  • Continuous support and on-the-job training
  • Exposure to transdisciplinary paediatric intervention
  • Explore career progression which includes in area of management, research & development or training
  • Sponsorship for postgraduate studies or Occupational Therapy / Speech Therapy related external courses

    • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Diploma / Bachelor / Master in Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology / Speech Science only
  • No experience required – fresh grads are encouraged to apply
  • A heart full of empathy and a passion for making a difference
  • Willingness to undergo in-house training and take ownership of your professional growth

    • Able to work for any of the locations below :

    1) Kota Damansara, Selangor

    2) Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur

    3) Rimbayu, Selangor

    4) Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Selangor

    5) Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang
