Responsibilities
- Conduct security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming according to Convergint’s standards
- Participate in project management
- Assist and provide technical support to sales and other departments
- Carry out system troubleshooting and problem‑solving
- Conduct on‑site client training
- Develop in‑depth system design and drawings using AutoCAD
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in security systems
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 3 years work experience in security and / or electronic system project implementation and commissioning, preferably in a multinational environmentBasic IT knowledge in security hardware, networks, and databasesFamiliarity with security access control, video surveillance, and alarm system products and systems is an advantageWilling to work on‑siteProject management experience is an advantagePast experience with Lenel, Cisco, and S2 systems is an advantageExcellent communication and coordination skillsCustomer service‑orientedA quick learnerBehaviours
