Digital Banking Product Management

As a Digital Banking Product Manager at OCBC, you'll have the opportunity to design and deliver innovative products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers. How you succeed

  • Stay ahead of the curve in terms of industry trends and customer needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop product strategies, and launch new products and features.
  • Balancing business goals with customer needs will be key to driving success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies for digital banking products and services.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and sales.
  • Define product requirements and work with development teams to launch new products and features.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to inform product decisions.

    • Requirements

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in product management.
  • Proven track record of launching successful digital products and services.
  • Strong understanding of the banking industry and digital trends.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
