Job Description

The Windows IIS Web Server Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of a standardized framework for the use of Internet Information Services (IIS) within the bank. Job Purpose : In the Cluster Supply Organization, business specialists, business experts, engineer specialists, engineers and product owners work together in a team. Agile methods help employees perform their functions by responding quickly and flexibly to enable changing framework conditions and customer needs through an iterative approach and continuous development of new solutions. This approach aims at better products, higher quality, more efficient processes and faster implementation. The Windows IIS Web Server Expert will maintain, expand, and document necessary security controls for the IIS framework on bank servers, ensuring compliance with relevant security and regulatory requirements. Key Activities : Collaborate in a cross-functional team with experienced Windows Administrators to create, implement, and manage the IIS framework for the bank. Develop and document security policies, controls, and best practices for IIS deployment to ensure robust security posture and compliance. Provide expert consulting and support for internal customers on IIS-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and best practices. Conduct training sessions and workshops to elevate awareness and understanding of IIS among customers. Analyze and respond to security incidents related to IIS, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of findings. Qualifications / Skills : Expert knowledge of Windows IIS, including configuration, management, and security. Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining security controls for web servers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical issues. At least 5 years of professional experience related to Windows server environments with a focus on IIS. Certifications related to web server administration or security are a plus. Personal Skills : Very good application infrastructure experience. Very good experience in infrastructure and operating systems. Very good operational architecture experience. Secure application of knowledge of service management processes. Critical Skills / Work Attitude : Advanced standard knowledge. Mastery of the entire lifecycle of the topic. High productivity and quality of work. Education : University / University of Applied Sciences or equivalent professional experience. At least 5 years of professional experience.
