Position : Accounts & Finance Executive

Location : Tmn Malim Jaya

Working Days : 5 days

Nature of Business : online car insurance and road tax services agents

Requirements :

• Issue and verify invoices and official receipts based on insurance policy details, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare and issue general journals for expenses and road tax claims, verifying supporting documents against financial statements.
• Issue purchase invoices and process supplier payments based on submission sheet details, ensuring completeness and accurate disbursements to insurance companies.
• Maintain company ledgers and oversee daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Record and maintain accurate cash transaction logs, ensuring proper filing and documentation for financial transparency.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations by analyzing financial records against bank statements, resolving discrepancies using SQL and Excel.
• Conduct monthly Statement of Account (SOA) reconciliations for multiple insurance companies, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Process and administer monthly payroll, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements in compliance with employment regulations.
