Key Responsibilities
- Translate training, marketing, and presentation materials from Malay / English into Mandarin , working together with the relevant departments.
- Support communication between the company and our franchise community (franchisees, managers, Math Tutors) by preparing slides, briefings, and simple training sessions.
- Ensure branches follow the company’s SOPs and guidelines, and help the team in reporting and improving any issues.
