Proven experience in trading cryptocurrencies or traditional financial markets. Proficiency in using trading platforms and tools; coding skills (Python, R) are a plus! Data analysis skills : Proficient in using Office 365 and Excel, and the ability to handle large-scale data. Professional background : Mathematics, statistics, financial engineering, computer science and other related fields are preferred. Logical and analytical skills : Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to cope with complex trading scenarios. Stress resistance : Ability to adapt to high-intensity and fast-paced working environment.
