Project Manager

Lead and manage the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from initiation to completion.

Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all project milestones are met.

Prepare and maintain project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost control.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other professionals to ensure the design is accurately executed.

Manage construction teams, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and project tasks are completed on schedule.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.

Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Handle project-related documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Address and resolve any issues, conflicts, or delays that arise during construction.

Maintain communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates on project status and address concerns.
