Assistant Production Planner

About the Role :

We are hiring an Assistant Production Planners to coordinate and manage production schedules ensuring timely delivery and smooth operations. You will work closely with multiple departments to meet customer demands and optimize resources.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with different departments to meet production schedules and customer sales order requirements
• Participate in monthly physical inventory counts and monitor stock movement
• Liaise with buyers to ensure sufficient materials are available for production runs
• Monitor customer purchase orders, follow up on delivery dates and quantities
• Attend daily production meetings to plan and allocate resources effectively
• Update inventory movements in the SAP system
• Prepare daily and monthly production plans and delivery performance reports
• Ensure delivery commitments to customers are met on time
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Requirements :

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay : RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
