Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and design effective visualizations. Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the organization. Adhere to data governance standards and best practices. Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and improve efficiency. Support data‑driven initiatives to optimize supply chain operations. Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Strong proficiency in Tableau & SQL, particularly in querying and manipulating data from star‑schema databases. Experience with data visualization tools and dashboard development. A data‑driven mindset with a passion for uncovering insights from data. Balanced business acumen and technical skills to better manage stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English; good command of Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus. Experience in supply‑chain planning or data‑analytics development. Proficiency in coding languages like Python or R. Familiarity with machine‑learning techniques. Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence. We collaborate : being part of one team with shared values and common goals. Job Description
As an Analytics Developer at Mattel APAC, you will drive data‑driven decision‑making within our Global Supply Chain organization. Reporting to the Associate Analytics Development Manager, you will analyze disparate global data sources, identify patterns and trends, and report insights to key stakeholders. Your work will enhance our understanding of processes, customers and the broader supply chain landscape.

- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources using SQL.
- Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and automated processes.
