Change Management Manager

This role is initial 6 months contract with extendable

Location : Kwasa Damansara

1) Conduct thorough analyses, including stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, and readiness surveys, to anticipate challenges and devise actionable solutions.

2) Develop and implement detailed change management plans incorporating change networks, impact assessments, and engagement initiatives.

3) Oversee the execution of change strategies, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met effectively.

4) Manage and execute communication plans using diverse channels such as newsletters, Yammer, roadshows, and town halls.

5) Create impactful change narratives and materials to enhance engagement and understanding.

6) Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives through KPIs, including adoption rates, resistance levels, and employee satisfaction.

7) Identify and mitigate risks to sustain successful transformation outcomes.

8) Develop and manage Change Management Dashboard
