Overview
Join our Strategy & Consulting team at Accenture in Malaysia. Practice : Communications & Media (C&M) within the Industry Consulting and Global Network (GN) Team. Level : Analyst (1+ year of experience) or Consultant (5+ years of experience). This role focuses on transformation strategies for global clients in a collaborative environment, using the latest technology and working with leading companies across industries.
Comms & Media (C&M) is an Industry Practice within Accenture’s Global Network. It serves clients across Communications, Media & Entertainment (M&E).
Responsibilities
- Deliver consulting projects, programs and process enablement for clients.
- Support business development and proposals activities.
- Experience in the roles of Functional Business Analyst, Product Owner, Process Designer, Service Designer, Scrum Master or Program Delivery Manager.
- Business Analysis : Gather requirements, perform gap analysis for Telco platforms, analyze large data and present insights with visualizations.
- Process Improvement : Identify issues in current processes and design to-be processes with stakeholders.
- Value Architect and Tracking : Create value driver trees to break down business objectives and value drivers.
- Telecom skills : Business Analysis and Consulting Projects including Digital transformation, Operating Model Design, Business Process Re-engineering, and Business case creation.
- OSS Modules : Assess OSS applications (Inventory, Performance Management, Service Activation, Service Assurance) and related data / process gaps to propose solutions.
- BSS Modules and Telco Journeys : Knowledge of CRM, Order Management, Billing, Mediation, Provisioning, Collections, Channels, Customer Care, Lead to Cash, etc.
- Digital Transformation : Experience in Strategy, Innovation and Digital initiatives across Digital Maturity models and CSPs operating models.
Qualifications
Bachelors / Masters in Engineering (or equivalent) or MBA.Analyst : 1+ year; Consultant : 5+ years; Manager : 10+ years.Experience in progressive business, telecom and / or consulting & strategy projects and client management.Prior experience with consulting or Big 4 firms is an advantage.Excellent presentation and Excel skills; experience with large data analysis, data-driven consulting, BI and analytics; proficiency in Power BI or Tableau is a plus.Certifications such as CBAP, CSM, SPC, TM Forum eTOM, ITIL, Prince2 or PMP add value.Lean concepts, Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project) are beneficial.Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Japanese or Bahasa is a plus.What’s in it for you?
