Conduct pricing research and analysis to stay competitive.
Support in planning and executing trade marketing strategies with the sales team for offline channels.
Develop and implement programs to boost product visibility and sales, including better planograms, merchandising, promotions, and shopper engagement.
Ensure timely listing of new products and create compelling selling stories.
Work with sales teams to plan and run in-store promotions, merchandising, and POS materials.
Monitor trade marketing activities and suggest improvements to increase ROI.
Keep track of competitors and market trends to refine strategies.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Who You Are
3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or related roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Preferably from FMCG industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong problem-solving, analytical, and numerical skills.
Excellent written and spoken English and Malay; other languages are a bonus.
