To coach, educate and supervise nursing staff to ensure the practice of nursing and health related subjects is in accordance to set policies and standards of the organization.Monitors performance of nursing staff to ensure competencies and nursing practices is in accordance with established policies and standards.Assist in assessing learning needs of nurses in accordance with prescribed guidelines by Malaysia Nursing Board / Ministry of Health and accreditation standards.Administer professionalism and ethicsJob Requirement
Possess a clinical specialization - Post Basic / Advance Diploma in nursing specialization qualification.Registered in Malaysia Nursing Board with current Annual Practising Certificate.Possesses experience in hospital setting.Able to work on shift including night shift.Sunway Healthcare is part of the Sunway Group, one of Malaysia's largest conglomerates with core interest in property, construction, education and healthcare.
