Job Description

Analytic Centre of Excellence is established to discover the future, set strategies, and help define new standards of excellence to enable WD Global Operations to deliver sustainable competitive advantage. We are seeking for a skilled and analytical Data Scientist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for analysing multiple and complex datasets to derive insights, build predictive models, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your work will have a direct impact on strategic initiatives, product development, and business growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models & AI Agents in WD Global Operations.
• Design and Develop Dashboard & Reporting Tools in WD Global Operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Engineering, Logistics etc) to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
• Communicate findings & business values clearly thru models explainability and presentations.
• Clean, process, and transform raw data for analysis and modelling.
• Apply agile framework throughout project development lifecycle.
• Involve in R&D, innovative and continuous improvement data science activities.
