Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our team in Nibong Tebal. You will be responsible for creating product and packaging designs (e.g., EPE foam, carton, and other protective materials) that meet both customer requirements and production feasibility.

Responsibilities

1)Design packaging solutions (e.g., EPE foam, inserts, boxes) based on customer specifications

2) Prepare technical drawings and 3D models using design software

3) Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure design practicality

4) Revise and improve designs based on feedback or cost-saving initiatives

5) Assist in prototyping and testing of new designs

6) Maintain a database of design files and documentation

Requirements

1)Diploma or Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

2) 1–3 years of working experience in design (preferably in packaging, foam, or product manufacturing)

3) Proficient in design software

4) Creative mindset with good problem solving skills

5) Able to interpret technical drawings and customer requirements

6) Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply
