Responsibilities :
Involve in the daily operations of the booking processes for the company by coaching and leading a team of customer service personnels including team at Shared Service Centre professionally.
Assisting Manager to ensure smooth operations of the customer service booking team at both Agency and Shared Service Centre by monitoring daily vessel changes and schedule updated by Cases Team are current and accurate including compliance to sanction, DG, Flexibags bookings and other special project cargo arrangements.
To monitor call queue to the team and calls are answered promptly and politely.
Look for ways to streamline procedures to improve efficiency and customer service excellence.
Achieving the KPI's set for the department
To assist immediate superior on any ad-hoc task assigned
Reports to Customer Service Manager
Requirements :
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Logistics / Transportation, Business Administration or equivalent.
Candidates with 4-5 years customer service background in shipping or logistics would be needed for this role.
A team player, self-driven and independent to work under pressure to meet deadlines, strong analytical and good communication skills.
Candd must be able to speaks and write good English.
Proficient in MS Office application
Must be prepared to learn new system applications.
