We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Fund Operations Manager

to join our financial fund administrative team. The

Fund Operations Manager

will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the fund department. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in fund operations, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to drive efficiency within the team.

Job Descriptions :

• Lead a team of Fund Ops specialists to handle daily operations
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment
• Manage bank accounts and arrange payments of the funds.
• Managing the fund management, predicting and adjustment
• Taking responsibility for preparing the financial and data analysis report.
• Performing reconciliation of positions as well as investigating and resolving discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate settlement of payments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
• Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
