Bank Customer Service

Role Function :

• Attend to inbound calls in a contact centre environment
• Able to provide a high service level by interacting with international customers with an aim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
• Able to resolve customer queries and issues with an aim to provide a first call resolution

Requirement :

Fresh graduates are welcome (Diploma / Degree)

SPM (with experience may apply) must at least have credit in English & M aths

Fluent in English. Good in communication and able to fulfil a customer needs.

Fast learner and able to handle multi-tasking.

Must be able to work on rotational shift.

Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
