Job Summary
To design, implement and undertake continuous improvement of total rewards strategies which includes but not limited to the area of compensation, benefits, recognition and well-being programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent while ensuring internal equity, market competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of total rewards strategies aligned with organizational goals and market competitiveness.
- Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity analysis to ensure compensation and benefits are competitive and fair.
- Administer and maintain salary structures, job grading, and job bands.
- Manage and execute annual salary review exercises, including merit increases.
- Develop and monitor employee benefits programs effectiveness (e.g., medical benefits renewal) and liaise with external vendors / brokers / consultants.
- Monitor utilization, cost-effectiveness, and employee satisfaction with benefits offerings.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal governance related to compensation and benefits.
- Perform data analytics on total rewards trends and cost impact.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for management to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of total rewards initiatives.
- Develop communication materials and toolkits to promote understanding and transparency of total rewards programs.
Job Qualification & Requirement
Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, HRD, Data Analytics / Statistics / Business Administration or related disciplines with a minimum CGPA 3.00 from a reputable University / College.Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar environment.Certified Total Rewards Practitioner (CTRP) will be an added advantageA flexible multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
