The Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter who can help us expand our network by identifying and referring highly qualified experts across different fields. This is a unique, performance-based opportunity : instead of a fixed salary, you will earn a referral fee for every expert you refer who is successfully hired — and continue to receive that fee for as long as they remain engaged.

As a Recruiter, you will :

• Proactively source and identify skilled professionals across a variety of industries.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified experts.
• Act as a long-term talent partner, strengthening and expanding our professional community over time.
