Product / Test Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Lead test process optimisation with a focus on productivity improvements, cycle time, and yield within an Operations value stream
• Under supervision, define, specify, qualify, install, support, and optimise test process and equipment solutions for manufacturing
• Debug test processes and equipment solutions using design of experiments, tools, and failure analysis methodologies
• Collaborate with Quality, Process, and Equipment engineers to identify and resolve product and test yield and performance issues
• Develop improvement roadmaps for test coverage, diagnosability, reparability, test time reductions, and OEE
• Analyse and interpret data from yield reports, equipment logs, and product diagnostics to identify sources of yield loss
• Provide solution support to process engineers to enhance the detection of known defect types as part of a Process Control plan
• Support the integration of test equipment into Manufacturing Execution Systems, including yield, tester logs, and product parametric information.
