Humanics is looking for a Junior Art Director who is a visual thinker, a storyteller, a maker, a doer, a craft‑crazy individual, and an awards‑hungry beast. Owning the creative process from ideation through to world‑class execution. You can handle anything from creating bold new concepts to visual communication for multi‑channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Execute creative ideas from concept through to execution, ensuring the highest level of visual quality and adherence to brand strategy.
• Develop a range of ideas and creative executions in a period of time.
• The ability to sell through creative presentations, which tie together multimedia channels and customer experiences.
• Create innovative, culturally relevant creative solutions to solve our clients’ marketing challenges, putting the consumer first.
• Stay current on art direction trends, culture, and bring inspiring external insight into the work.
• Work collaboratively with Designers, Copywriters, and Technologists to build exceptional user and brand experiences
• An entrepreneurial‑spirited, solution‑oriented individual who rises to any challenge.
