Job description : Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and monitoring the performance of contractors involved in routine maintenance works (e.g. landscaping, road maintenance, etc.) and minor repairs
• Participate in regular inspections of township infrastructure under the guidance of senior staff
• Support the team in overseeing contractors during defect rectification works, as required
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
