Administrative Manager

Responsibilities

• Planning, implementing and executing project development and ensuring successful completion of the project development.
• Monitoring the progress of project development through close coordination with consultants on all planning and technical issues.
• Coordinating administrative activities with the housing development, including organizing meetings, scheduling appointments and preparing the necessary documents for meetings, and ensuring that project timelines are met.
• Organizing, coordinating, producing and maintaining the correspondence, reports and data independently to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Dealing with the Federal Government, State Government and Local Authorities in the implementation of the project development.
• Providing timely reports and feedback to the director.
• Handling incoming emails, phone calls and correspondence letters.
• Assisting in ad-hoc assignments as required by management.
