Responsibilities

Process Improvement : Drive continuous process improvement by identifying inefficiencies, implementing optimized workflows, and tracking key performance indicators to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
Cost Reduction : Lead cost reduction initiatives by analyzing production expenses, optimizing material usage, and implementing strategies to minimize waste and improve overall cost efficiency.
Supply Chain Optimization : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow, inventory, and logistics, driving supply chain efficiency while identifying risks, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Ergonomic Analysis : Conduct ergonomic analysis to identify hazards, implement risk-reduction solutions, and promote safe work practices that enhance employee comfort and well-being.
Quality and Safety : Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations by maintaining certifications, identifying risks, and implementing procedures that promote a safe and high-quality work environment.
Other job tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Solid foundation in electrical knowledge , especially in power distribution systems, electrical components, and wiring.

Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production techniques (e.g., assembly, testing, quality control).

Hands-on experience in process optimization, line balancing, or technical troubleshooting is a plus.

Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations for electrical products.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

Good communication skills and ability to work across teams.

Able to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced project environments.
