Carry out all marketing activities to maximize sales, revenue, market share and profit margin of assigned products.
Establish a strong AMR solution using existing and new products.
Achieve Financial Target for products assigned and financial obligation to the principals.
Liaise with principals, sampling, demonstration, report, technical issues and solutions.
Prepare, implement and monitor product portfolio business plan to achieve financial (revenue and margin) targets. This includes, but is not limited to, product marketing strategies and tactics.
Analyze product performance, competitive & market development and recommend changes to business plan according to the analysis.
Identify significant trends or macroeconomic issues of strategic importance impacting sales performance; provide feedback and recommendations to functional stakeholders and management.
Make recommendations to marketing regarding selling and cost analysis tools needed in the field to communicate value proposition.
Lead and provide pre-sales support, providing training and product direction to the sales (key account) team.
Responsible for providing product forecasts, monitoring and maintenance of inventory levels so that the company and customer expectations are met.
Act as point of first reference for assigned product related inquiries and work collaboratively with relevant parties (e.g. compliance, regulatory, GDPMD) to address any issues that may arise.
Work with Business Manager on pricing strategy, marketing planning, and target market sites planning.
Requirements
Knowledge of Clinical Microbiology Products e.g. Culture, Identification, Sensitivity, Molecular, POCT.
Ability to manage a group of people.
Have an analytical and innovative mind.
Planning, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel.
Degree holder in Biology Science, Bio-medical Science, Biology, Bio-technology and Microbiology etc., or Diploma with a minimum of 3 years related experience.
