Skop Kerja :

  • Menyambut pelanggan dengan mesra dan memberi bantuan semasa membeli-belah.
  • Memberi cadangan gaya, produk, serta menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan dengan profesional.
  • Mengendalikan urusan jual beli di kaunter (POS) termasuk menerima bayaran dan urus pemulangan barang dengan tepat.
  • Membantu mencapai sasaran jualan harian / bulanan serta menyokong kempen atau promosi butik.
  • Menyediakan maklumat produk, promosi, cara penggunaan atau penjagaan produk kepada pelanggan.
  • Menjaga kebersihan, kekemasan, dan susun atur visual di kedai termasuk menghias patung pameran.
  • Mengurus stok – buka, susun, simpan stok baru, pastikan stok sentiasa cukup di ruang jualan, serta lapor jika ada kekurangan atau lebihan.
  • Membantu semasa kiraan stok (stock take) terutamanya dalam musim sibuk.
  • Bekerjasama dengan rakan sekerja dan menyokong Ketua Pasukan / Penyelia dalam tugasan operasi harian.
  • Sedia membantu memastikan kelancaran operasi semasa jualan sibuk atau kempen khas.
  • Melaksanakan tugasan lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa.

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in retail, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands
  • Able to work retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling transactions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A customer-first mindset
  • Adaptable and quick to learn in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Attention to detail when handling products, displays, or transactions
  • Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and willingness to support others
  • Self-motivated and proactive in taking initiative on the sales floor
