We are growing quickly, and an opportunity has developed on our Subsidiary's Finance team for an Accounting Associate. This is a new position created to support the expansion of the accounting function and streamline daily financial operations. The role is well-suited for early-career professionals eager to deepen their experience in accounting, as well as for seasoned individuals who enjoy contributing their expertise in a stable, collaborative environment. Above all, we are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy who thrives in a small to mid-size team setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sales reporting and reconciliation
• Handle bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online (bank reconciliations, transfers between accounts, intercompany transactions, A / P, client equity, etc.)
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot financial discrepancies
• Contribute to monthly profit and loss analysis
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations during month-end closes
• Support finance-related administrative tasks as required
