Overview

The Senior Manager Financial Reporting will oversee the end-to-end financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in accounting and finance within the industrial or manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Record to Report (R2R) process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with accounting standards.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
  • Manage and mentor a team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial reporting.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.

Profile

  • A successful Senior Manager should have a strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent will be an advantage.
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting and compliance within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with a focus on improving processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
