The Role : The Head, Finance & Accounts will lead the overall finance and accounting operations, ensuring sound financial governance and effective stewardship of the company’s resources. This position requires a hands‑on, detail‑oriented leader who can provide both strategic direction and operational oversight in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, audit, and taxation.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability and support business growth.
• Lead the preparation of annual financial statements, budgets, and management reports in compliance with statutory requirements and corporate policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax‑related matters and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.
• Uphold corporate governance and regulatory compliance standards across all financial operations.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management for effective decision‑making.
