Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Has 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking (IB), M&A, or equity fundraising. Strong financial analysis, financial modelling, and valuation skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. High level of ambition and self-motivation, with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented, with strong project management and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial analysis tools. Proficient in both verbal and written Mandarin candidates are preferred (as the role may involve working with Mandarin stakeholders).
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in structuring of corporate transactions / proposals, including perform scenario analysis, carry out research and prepare evaluation papers for management.
- Assist and manage the implementation of corporate exercises undertaken by the group, including to identify potential issues in the process of gathering and review of information and documents.
- Conduct financial analysis and evaluations for corporate finance transactions and other strategic corporate initiatives, including joint ventures, and partnerships.
- Support the assessment of potential new investments, including mergers and acquisitions to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, financial institutions, investment banks, legal advisors, and external consultants on corporate finance transactions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate and execute potential investment and expansion strategies.
- Monitor progress of corporate finance transactions and ensure appropriate actions are executed when and where required.
- Provide corporate finance advisory support to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
