Penerangan pekerjaanAt least 5 years relevant working experience, Knowledge of customs. Preferably knowledge of air or sea freight Industry and processes. Familiar with and well able to work within the Import / export process Knows supplier conditions, deliver terms, Inca terms and purchasing conditions Knows risk and Insurance terms Familiar with and able to work with company's quality and environmental policies Good knowledge of computer system, both Import / exports and invoicing
Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with overseas agents, airlines and customers
- Training and management of export import team towards maximum performance and Job satisfaction
- Rate negotiations with airlines and suppliers
- Tally check Invoices against GP Job II sting
- Maintain quality standards for operational export and import procedures and Improve them where necessary
- Work towards on meeting customs rules and regulations
- Master the export and import process, actively and support provided to the team
- Customer service lo the clients. Liason with specific customers to maintain customer base
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with suppliers
- Contribute to development of team
- Assure timely billing as per company policy
- Develop, review, maintain & Implement of ISO Procedure for Airfreight, Penang Branch
- Responsible for customer contacts, follow up contacts per telephone and visits
- Liaison with all customer for any queries
- Assist In preparation of quotation
- Arrange collections and deliveries
- Contribute to development of team
- Assure timely billing as per company policy
- Assist In Account Receivables
