Sales Specialist

Requirements

3+ years' proven sales experience in IT staffing / recruitment services (contract / perm).

Must have an active network of IT client contacts in Malaysia (decision-makers in HR / IT / procurement).

Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in staffing services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-driven, independent, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Familiarity with the Malaysian IT job market and demand for IT roles (developers, cloud, infra, cybersecurity, etc.).
