Job Description

  • Lead the IT strategy and roadmap for treasury operations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of treasury systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address technology needs and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in IT processes.
  • Manage and mentor the Treasury IT team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance and resolve any technical issues promptly.
  • Manage budgets and resources for IT projects within the Treasury department.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in financial services to drive innovation.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in managing IT systems within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of treasury operations and related technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
