Job Title : Business Development Executive / Manager– Facilities & Engineering Solutions (Malaysia)

Company : Closed Circuit Works Pte Ltd (Singapore)

Location : Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor (based at partner office)

Travel Requirement : ~30% within Asean & Malaysia

Closed Circuit Works (CCW) is a Singapore-based facilities and engineering consultancy, expanding into Malaysia with innovative training and licensing programmes. We provide solutions in facilities management, sustainability, and compliance, with strong experience in critical infrastructure.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive / Manager to drive our market entry into Malaysia. You will spearhead sales, client engagement, and marketing activities, building awareness for CCW's offerings and opening new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients in facilities, industrial, commercial, and government sectors.
  • Support sales & marketing activities including trade fairs, exhibitions, and digital campaigns.
  • Facilitate relationships with Malaysian regulators (CIDB, DOSH, Energy Commission).
  • Prepare proposals, capability presentations, and client reports.
  • Travel within SEA and mainly Malaysia East / West (approx. 30% of time) for meetings, site visits, and industry events.
  • Maintain up to date meeting minutes, upkeep of all documentation including monthly BD reports and pipeline tracking.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 3–6 years' experience in business development / sales in engineering, construction, or facilities sector.
  • Strong network in industrial, utilities, or government sectors a plus.
  • Self-driven, comfortable with client-facing roles, and willing to travel.
  • Marketing, Content creation & working with Socmed Influencers with the objective to gain market traction.
  • Good IT skills with the Ability to embrace AI and able to spot mistakes in AI feedback.
  • Fluent in English & Malay (written & spoken) >

    • Preferable spoken Mandarin as we require support for China market
