Job Responsibilities :

Plan and host live streaming sessions on TikTok / Shopee Live / LazLive.
Respond to viewer comments and questions in real time to build rapport and handle objections during live sessions.
Engage actively with the audience to create a lively, interactive, and welcoming community.
Apply strong product knowledge to clearly explain features, benefits, and usage of items showcased.
Film, edit, and upload relevant TikTok content to keep the audience informed and entertained.
Schedule and post live stream replays or highlight clips to maximise content visibility and reach.
Stay updated on product information, customer preferences, and TikTok / Shopee / Lazada trends to guide content planning.
Monitor live stream performance and audience engagement, and provide insights to optimise future content.

REQUIREMENTS :

Fluent in Malay and English

Good Appearance & Temperament and Comfortable on Camera Presence

Passionate about content marketing and connecting with your audience

Proven experience as a live streamer, with a strong online presence and a loyal following is a huge bonus

Excellent communication, social, and presentation skills, with the ability to entertain, engage, and connect with your audience.

Ability to manage and prioritize your time effectively to produce consistent and high-quality content.

Familiarity with TikTok / Shopee / Lazada Live platform features and best practices for live streaming

Proven experience as a live stream host or content creator.

Strong on-camera presence and the ability to engage audiences with your personality and energy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think quickly and respond to viewer interactions

Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content ideas and scripts.
