We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Event and Sales Operations Executive to oversee the coordination and execution of events, primarily on weekends, with responsibilities in the office on weekdays or non-event days.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Event Planning and Coordination
Research and identify suitable events for brand exposure and sales.
Liaise with event organisers for participation and arrangements.
Event Execution
2. Promoter Management and Training
Assist in recruiting promoters for events.
Prepare and maintain promoter kits and promotional materials.
Conduct training sessions to ensure promoters understand the brand and can sell effectively.
3. Retail Outlet Set Up
Coordinate with merchandisers or transporters for stock planning and delivery.
Manage stock receiving, storage, and display setup.
4. Additional Tasks
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall business objectives and adapt to changing priorities or event requirements.
Skills and Qualifications :
Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional extended hours during events.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
High school diploma required; further education in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Able to converse in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Possess own transport.
This role typically requires working in various locations where events are held.
Working time : 50 hours per week.
