About the role

CBT PETROLEUM SDN.BHD. is seeking an HR Cum Admin Clerk to join their team in Techvalley Sendayan Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for handling a range of accounting and administrative duties for the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records related to hiring, promotion and termination.
  • Preparing and process staff payroll in monthly Commission reports and salary.
  • Preparing and submit monthly statutory contribution (e.g.EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HDRF and PCB) in a timely manner.
  • Organise and conduct in-house training for staff. Manage HDRFcorp training grant application and claims.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Cordinate daily tasks for despatch personnal and office cleaner to ensure smooth operation.

What we're looking for

  • Relevant qualifications in HR, account, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role, preferably in the petroleum or energy industry
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Soild understanding of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirement.
